I've gotten starlooks pencils with my ipsy bags and they are really nice and pigmented. I think pixi is a nice drugstore brand but wayyy overpriced for what it is. I would stay clear of pixi and just buy toofaced/urbandecay/etc.if you want to have higher end products.
