What kind of make up for night out? Help!

I'm going out and I'm wearing a white dress with red heels. I've blondey/brown hair (natural) and blue eyes. I've no make up on here and my hairs darker than usual because its wet. I was thinking red lips and thick eyeliner, not sure though. Any ideas??😊

I think you could rock the smokey eye, if that's what you like. If you want, eye liner would work, but make sure to blend! and I think a matte red on the lips would be nice as well :)
