My hair is always getting dry and breaks off and that's my wrongdoing because I flat iron it and I don't always use heat protectant. What products can I use to keep it hydrated, moisturized and healthy looking?

Coconut oil, argan oil and vitamin e oil. Massage it into your hair, leave it on for 15-20 minutes then rinse it off thoroughly. You can buy shampoos and conditioners with these oils already integrated (like Tresemmé and Aussie) but pure is more effective. :)

Use leave in condishiner it's a ten has a really good one also hair masks and oils such as macadamia oil treatments work really well but to be honest try to style your hair a different way instead of flat ironing it because flat irons damage your hair a lot (it happened to me before) just try to embrace your natural hair it maybe hard at first but if you try it will work out amazinly.

OILS ONLY SEAL IN MOISTURE! It irks me when I see people saying that it moisturizes. Use a deep leave in conditioner then add the oils if you want to leave it in. If you just want a mask add equal parts of both. Argan oil is different though and used more for shine and body. I staring with a deep conditioner then if you want more go for the oils!

I too used my hair dryer and flat iron a lot and it started to make my hair very dry and brittle. I don't think oils are necessarily the way to go. I think using the correct conditioning products is best, deep masks and sulfate free shampoo or cleansing conditioner.
I use Wen and I swear by it. It's a cleansing conditioner and I have thick hair that needs to be washed daily and shampooing every day does strip the hair of it's natural moisture and oil. Wen does not leave my hair oily and it's gentle enough to use all the time and still cleans my hair. I am able to dry my hair on cool and cut down on using my flat iron. There are also other brands of cleansing conditioners and sulfate free shampoo.

It is NOT good to wash your hair daily unless its very thin & oily!! Washing your hair daily strips it of natural oils & makes it 100x more dry!! Washing every other day is better, twice a week is best! I have very course, thick, curly, naturally dry hair & have struggled most of my life with dry hair problems which I still don't have sorted out. I can tell you however that washing it too much will strip it of moisture almost as bad as heat styling!
