I've heard setting make up with hairspray keeps it in place.

Its great for an emergency setting spray. Use only once in a while. The alcohol is very drying to the skin and some of the other ingredients can irritate the skin. an easy diy setting spray is a few drops of glycerin and distilled water in a small spray bottle and shake it really well. Or nyx has one for 3$

I turn on a tiny fan I have. Let the cool air dry the make up if need be instead. I use Revlon color stay makeup which takes awhile to dry. This idea usually works well with my skin. Doesn't over dry.
