I was about 11 when I started to play with it in a childish way- things like blue lipstick and sparkly eyeshadows. It was just a fun thing. I started to wear it to look pretty around 14-15 years.

I got into the game a lot later, but I'm a boy so there was a lot if stigma and shyness to overcome. I toyed with it a bit in my early to mid twenties, then backed off again. I'd say it was around 29 that finally started to get comfortable enough with it to really learn some techniques and be bold with it. Now I'm addicted.
