I think 7th grade, everyone started to wear a little, lip gloss, a swipe of eyeshadow here and there, fumbling with an eyelash curler was still a bit scary though. But I really got into it this year, now I'm 15, I've improved my technique a lot, and really started to experiment with colors.

I started wearing makeup in 8th grade, making me either 12 or 13? I started out by mainly using bottom eyeliner (which i had no idea what i was doing, so it looked extremely harsh) and mascara. As I got older I slowly but surely learned how to use make up to my benefit instead of just slapping it on my face.

I began when i was 15 with just eyeliner and and lipgloss as i didnt like lipstick. Then i progressed into eye shadow and just stuck to that til now at 26 where i find myself more interested in everything else (foundation concealer primers etc) so im still a beginner as far as that and really tryin to teach myself as i cannot attend school for it..

i wore lip gloss here and there since i was 5. But I wasnt allowed to wear makeup until my first day of High school. So I was 14 and I wore a Cover Girl Powder Foundation (it helped covered the red in my face. I had no acne.), Wet n wild Mascara and Lip gloss, and I wore eye shadow from a quad I got from a dutch market. The colors were purple, green, blue, and pink. I also wore a lip smackers liquid gloss that was watermelon flavored. I dont think they make it anymore. I dont even know what age I was when I started wearing eyeliner.. It was after high school. :p

I started wearing eyeliner and mascara when I was ten and that was because that's when I went through puberty and became a grownup, so to me I thought "Why not?" But I only very recently started wearing full-faced makeup at sixteen and seventeen. (I'm eighteen now.)
