Okay so recently all my acne was finally gone because I used chinese medicine perscription and the oil cleansing method. Now I just had my period and I have a huge testweek coming up, my acne has reappeared, I mostly get little bumps but sometimes I these big pimples without heads. Does anyone have any solutions diy masks or even stress relievers? Acne really makes me unconfident so I don't even know anymore nothing helps :((

I'm currently using Neutrogena stress-free wash and it helped me A LOT. You can get it at Wal-Mart or stores like that

Thanks guys! I'll try the bio oil for sure but I live in the netherlands so wal mart is kinda off limits haha :(
