I have really noticeable small bumps on my forehead they are impossible to get rid of and I always get the occasional spots that have no heads. I was just wondering what's everyone's way of having clear skin? I've tried everything so I need desperate help! Any wierd and wonderful tips would be great aswell.

Use a salicylic acid spot treatment, it cleans deep down into the pore and "degunks" any clogs. I use cliniques, but there are plenty of other brands. :)

For under the surface bumps I like mario badescu buffering lotion - also benzoyl peroxide always works great esp when combined with a tea tree oil moisturizer.

I like tea tree oil. It seems to get rid of a lot of the tiny stubborn spots that other things don't get rid of. I also like Philosophy's clear days ahead spot treatment gel. It's a bit more expensive but its my favorite next to the tea tree oil (you can get that at the body shop)

I've been breaking out for more than half my life so I've tried everything. For the kind of acne you described above I like the Mario Badescu Drying Cream. Don't confuse this with the Drying Lotion ( the one that has the pink at the bottom). I like the Clinique Acne Solutions Spot Healing Gel. It's the same as the one Lexi mentioned, it's just called Acne Solutions in the US.
