Use low amounts of heat and I recommend getting it cut every three monthes I know everyone hates to hear it but it has to be done also keep your hair in like a loose braid so that you can reduce the amount of breakage when you brush your hair.

If you don't do bad things to your hair such as heat there's obviously no point in getting it cut^ just wear it natural and take biotin or prenatal vitamins.

There's a shampoo and conditioner that strengthens your hair and actually helps it grow! I haven't tried it. I forgot what it's called. just google it?

Try Mane n Tail shampoo, that really helps with split ends, and take biotin. :)
