Brows are the most important thing. They seriously transform a face. The right brow can take you from basic to bombshell. You should get your brows done or learn to do them yourself. Your brow are bulky in the middle. I would narrow them a bit, arch it slightly. Then fill in the tail with a dark brown brow pencil or matte dark brown shadow on a tiny angled liner brush. Then go under it with concealer or foundation to clean it up and blend it with your fingers. Do not skip this step. It is the most important

Since you're a beginner, don't bother with winged liner or anything fancy. steps to a neutral simple eye:
-flesh tone or neutral on the mobile lid
-matte dark brown in the crease (blend it so it's no distinct line)
-line your top lash line thinly with a pencil and them smudge it so it's no harsh line

Also don't neglect your lips! The best way I find is to apply a pink lipstick the same color as your bottom line, line it with a brown lip liner and go over it with a clear gloss and blot it.

As for products:
-shadows; I really recommend elfs 32 shadow palette. It was my beginner palette and I loved it. Bh cosmetics has a good 28 neutral palette I love right now
- skin: I would just get maybelline's be cream and mix it with your moisturizer (makes it more sheer since it doesn't really suit dark skin)
-lips: experiment with color and don't forget it line it with a brown liner! Us dark skin girls can not skip that step.
- mascara: maybelline has lots of good mascara s
Brows: just get a good matte brown or brow pencil. Doesn't matter. I use a mix of one from Sally's beauty supply and a LA Colors one (yup dollar store 😊)
