If you're looking for something neutral get one of the nakeds. I personally like the Ammo 2 pallete.

OCC pigments are great! As for Urban Decay, I recommend the Naked 2, because I like the cool toned browns best, but that's a personal choice.

Honestly I like the Naked 2 the best, but the Lorac Pro Palette is better than all the Naked palettes combined! It's $42 instead of $59 like the Naked palettes and there is 18 colors, the first 6 are matte and the bottom 6 are sparkly. They are known to be WAY more pigmented than Naked. Go for Lorac!

For very cheap, very pigmented eyeshadow, you will love the Wet n Wild eyeshadows. They have 3/6/8 pan eyeshadows (also some singles) and they are super pigmented. I think you'll love them.

Yup I'm loving the look of the new Laura Mercier palette. But I'd have to go with the Lorac Pro Palette. Didn't think I'd get much use of it at first but now use it way more than the Naked 2.

My favorite is the Naked 1 pallet. Perfect colors for my skin tone. I think half baked and dark horse are my favorites.
