I'm not sure the name that your referring to but I have a trick to get rid of mascara on your skin without smearing or needing remover. just wait for it to dry. then it will literally flake off with your finger and you don't have to go back over your face with more makeup.

No actually I had completely moved my eyelashes to the right and left of my eye to make angel wings. must have gotten a little smeared and messed up.

Don't like it, it makes your eyelashes look clumpy and an angel twist isn't that the eye
Lashes are put to the side, but rather that they are longer on the sides
