Yeah, it sounds like it clogged up your pores& is making you breakout.
just use a good face mask/cleanser & don't use that foundation again, lol.

They're just clogged pores. Oil cleansing can be great for getting all the stuff out. Pour a couple drops of jojoba, olive, coconut, or mineral oil on your face. Let it sit for 2-3 mins then massage your face for a few minutes. You'll probably feel little grains as you're doing this, that's all the gunk coming out the clogged pores. After massaging, wash your face with a gentle cleanser, making sure to remove all the oil. (Be careful when when using coconut or olive oil, they can cause breakouts if you're acne prone)

You also might want to give your skin a break for a week and go foundation free just so it has time to rebound from the chaos. That's what I've done in the past with skin irritation and it worked wonders.
