It looks like perioral dermatitis you should see your doctor or derm they have to prescribe you somthing you shouldn't use any creams with steroids in them such as hydrocortisone it just irritates it,

You may also have to exfoliate more often for the dead skin.

Thanks Traci, I was hoping it was just something I could fix at home but I will have to go and Se my doctor,it just looks so bad! hopefully I can fix it soon :)

Christine, I have tried exfoliating but I'm worried it will do more damage than good..I'll give it another try though.

You going to have to have a home routine as well but first find out if thats what it is once you no and get a diagnosis its easier to make a skincare routine that will work.

I have something like that. It's called Seborrhic Dermititus. My dermatologist recommended I wash my face with Selsum Blue..worked like a charm :-)
*Warning* it will dry out your skin so make sure you have a good moisturizer.

Selsum blue works on a lot of people for killing fungus it work on tinea versicolor as well its some type of dermatitis I would just check with a derm but its only shampoo give it a try.

I have some of that already as my dog has a skin condition lol I never thought to try it though. I will definitely give that a shot.. thanks ladies!
