I love that color!
I use eyeliner as lip liner sometimes, I don't see why it's not safe. A lot of professional makeup artists do this to.

I do it all the time its fine your eyes are way more sensitive than your lips so I'm sure they can be used as both.

I've heard that in most cases a brands lip liner and pencil eyeliner will pretty much be the same product lol. Totally safe! And like Traci said if it's safe on your eyes it's for sure safe for your lips :)
