Nope. just a myth! but the reason people say that is the whole concept of eating a lot of sugary and bad food can cause acne. so just don't eat too much!

Actually it probably depends on the person. I break out if I drink too much milk and my mom breaks out if she eats too much peanut butter

Nope, not the "chocolate" bean itself. Other ingredients in the chocolate may cause skin to breakout. It also depends on the person, and how sensitive their skin can be to the cocoa bean.
