I agree^ biotin helps. get trims regularly. lay off heat as much as you can. like if you just showered and your not going out let your hair air dry! also deep condition regularly and hot oil treatments!

Eat more greens girls!. having a health nut family isn't so bad. eating more veggies and proteins will make your skin more sexy and your hair more healthy.

Use a deep conditioner 2-3 times a week and make sure you use products designed for curly hair because sometimes they work better. Limit the amount of heat you use and it would probably be best to give yourself a trim.

I use Garnier tripple nutrition system with the shampoo, conditioner, and the 3 minute repair mask. Also, if you can, go to a paul mitchell school and get a keratin treatment. You can find groupons like crazy for a cut and keratin treatment for only 15 bucks! It did wonders for my hair.

Use essential oil conditioning treatments like pro naturals moroccan argan oil hair mask once a week and get regular trims to prevent split or damaged ends. Try not to use heat or dyes on your hair either! You can also massage your scalp once a week with coconut oil, almond oil or argan oil to help stimulate health and growth, and leave in the oil for about 30-50 minutes to let it sink in and work. This kind of thing is very healthy.
