Oatmeal masks! They really help even out your skin tone!
I've used a salicylic acid w/ sulfur face bar that really even out my tone too.
Stay away from alcohol based products if you can.

You can use a green moisturizer. Green helps bring the redness down because they cancel eachother out. I had this green moisturizer but I can't remember what it's called. I have resist skin too so thats what I use.

Lemon juice really helps! Look up recipes for lemon masks on google. I personally use greek yogurt, lemon juice, and honey and it works wonders.
You also could try a green primer.
