I think it's ok but if you wanna be safe go to a darker pink and then work to a red when your comfortable but only of you want to do what you feel good in :)

It took me forever to get the courage to go out with red lipstick, especially with my red hair! But just do it. Do your makeup for yourself and nobody else. If you want to do a bold lip, then do it! For a red "lipstick" I'd recommend the Clinique Chubby Stick in Mightiest Maraschino! I got it for free last weekend since I spent over $50 in the store, and I'm in LOVE with it!! Chubby sticks cost $16

What's really in right now is the brown smokey eye and wine, purple, or dark red lips. nails same colors and really do not be afraid to rock it. be daring and confident. I do not know your price range so I cannot give you certain brands. let me know and then I can proceed xoxo

Try using a tinted lip balm that has a red shade. Baby lips has a red colored one and I love it! Also em cosmetics has a great one. For eyes go with a more golden look. Do you have the baked pallete
