The hair looks great!
but what Gen said. if you wanna do liner, do your top lid. lining only the bottom water line makes the eyes appear smaller, & more closed. lining the top however makes the eyes appear larger, & also makes your lashes look a little fuller :p

Thanks everyone lol, I don't know how to put on top liner?? loll I have big eyes so I like adding the eyeliner to the bottom most days
