Good moisturizer for combo skin?

My cheeks and forehead are normal, my chin is oily, and my nose is oily but gets flaky too? What moisturizer or other products would be good for this?

The best one by FAR is the sanctuary matte hydro lotion, I swear by that stuff. Seriously it's a-ma-zing.
