I have orthodontist appointment TOMORROW and I'm getting POWER CHAINS. for those of you who don't know what they are, they are just colored rubber bands that go on top of your braces to help push teeth together.ā¤ļøWhat colors help make teeth look whiter and what colors should I avoid? ps I can only get one colorā¤ļø

I always got light colors like light blue, lavender, and pink. definitely don't get yellow tho

Don't get yellow, orange, or white. black and purple actually don't make your teeth bad. My favorites to get are blues and purples. Also, the power strip isn't as bad as people make it out to be, if you were worried :)

Avoid black at all costs. Seriously I had black and pink and it was awful. I loved light colors like blue or purple or something. Try silver?
