I just recently started using makeup so I was wondering when you remove makeup do you wash your face first and then use makeup remover or use makeup remover and then wash your face?

Use the makeup remover then the facial wash should remove the remaining product. I always wipe my eyes in the morning with a makeup wipe before applying makeup
