Blemishes as in pimples, blackheads etc.or are you talking about pigmentation?

Yes I am talking about pigmentation I have this dark tone around my lips specially at the sides and it really looks bad. Yes I do have acne and oily prone skin. I cannot use creams since my skin later on starts looking oily and bad. please healp.

Hey Gloria, I think pigmentation around that area is very common with ladies of a darker skin tone. To help fade the pigmentation you could try an oil like rosé hip oil. There are products out there like dermalogica chroma white which have a whole product range aimed at brightening the skin and decreasing pigmentation. It's quite pricey so I would recommend trying something like the oil first and see how that goes for you.
I had oily skin and found that using olive oil on it at night time helped to control it, as it tricks the skin into thinking its produced it and therefore will not produce so much. Try not to use too many products that strip the oil because that will cause overproduction and you'll end up oilier than before
