So recently my hair has been breaking and falling out an unusual amount, how can I stop it/ make it stronger? I'm scared it will get really thin.

I haven't used heat in about 5 months. So I know it can't be that, and I got about 5 inches cut off. I don't know why it's falling out so much:(

Silica is a vitamin taken for thinning hair, I recommend it. Use VEGAN hair products free of parabens and silicone. Trim about an inch off every few months, do not brush your hair when wet, and use cool water. Also start putting your hair in end friendly hairstyle such as buns. A high bun to sleep. Having healthy hair is a life style so make sure you are eating right and drinking water. Google the foods that give your hair strength.Coconut oil is good for the hair too. Wash your hair less, it needs the natural oils your body produces. Dry shampoo if you are very oily. Hope this helps sorry it was scattered.

Keratin mist by chi, it works amazingly at strengthening hair. You can also take biotin supplements and my friend said that her completely stopped falling out which I find amazing! Haha, hope this was helpful :) <3
