Bags and you get them from not getting enough sleep and you can get rid of the by making a bed to am like 9:00 and when you get up in the morning if you use makeup do foundation then conseler where your bags are blind it and the use powder not a lot hope it help if so comment on my page and say Kendall is awesome.

If you live in the city usually it's because of the water. Get your doctor to prescribe a cream to remove them. I get them pretty much every summer. Try to lighten up the makeup on that area and give it time to heal.
