Olive Oil & Hair?

I have thick curly hair, so I know how important it is to moisturize and keep smooth. So if I use olive oil on my hair, how much should I use and how should I use it?

I literally just tried this today.
so I used spray on olive oil on damp hair. I left it in my hair for around 15-20 minutes (amd I had leave in conditioner too). then wash it out thoroughly making sure the oil is out. shampoo and condition as usual and you'll have beautiful silky hair like mine came out! :)

Yep. I actually hot oil my hair so I basically warm up some oil in the microwave and I just apply it to my roots.

Are you supposed to wash it after you put the oil??? orrr can you stay with it all day?? really interesting  :@

Use maybe 2 teaspoons depending on how thick your hair is. Heat it up and massage onto your head and leave for 20-30 mins. And put a shower cap over it. Then was your hair how you normally would and towel dry. Your hair will come out super soft and super moisturized. It's amazing. Just make sure you wash all the oil out.
