Hi loves! So I've seen lately SOSO many posts about how to treat damaged hair, grow hair long/faster etc.
But one HUGE thing a lot of people are not saying is how IMPORTANT a healthy diet is for your hair. Protein stimulates the growth process for the follicles in your hair. And just slapping on eggs will not do the trick in the long run! Just by adding more protein to your diet daily will alter the growth of your hair because hair is mainly made of a protein called keratin!
Another tip! Staying away from heat tools will DRASTICALLY help your hair. I've stated heat free for over 5 months because my hairdresser told me my hair was SO chemically damaged! And in about 2 months my hair had totally transformed from dry and brittle to much softer and smooth:)
Hope some of this helps:)

Thank you and I completely agree! I've been without heat since November and now my hair is in such lovely condition! Although I think my hair just grows slowly anyway, I have noticed an improvement x
