Has anyone tried the kat von d lock it tattoo foundation. I'm really curious I want to try it but don't know if it's worth it.. I like full coverage foundation but want something that won't make me break out.

It's an amazing foundation, on of my favorites! But I hate using it with the primer in her line because its a lotion base. I would use like the primed and pore less primer from too faced or the photo finish primer from smashbox and it'll totally make it last longer and stay matte! But if your super unsure go to a sephora and get a sample, that way you can test it to see if you break out

I just started using it and am loving it so far. Go to Sephora or Ulta to get matched and ask for a sample, that it what I did. I got a sample of that and Urban Decay Naked Skin, will buy which one I like more.

Yes but It would never last :( most foundations work way better with primers, but if you need to get a sample of one while your there and you can see what looks better, feels better and lasts for you :)

(Plus sephora has that new color IQ where they color match you with pictures! Just make sure that they try the foundation on you in store to make sure it's your perfect match!)

I'm just going to do try that out I hope they have a color to match me it's very difficult for me to find a shade that fits. I'm always the lightest shade in brands. But the problem I always encounter is that Even the ivorys are to pink for me.you can't tell to much by my picture but I'm very pale

I am too! I'm more on the pink side and I usually get stuck with light colors that are too yellow :( but that color IQ helped me find some foundations in my color! (There wasn't a lot, but from what I could chose from they were very awesome!)

I am always the lightest in every brand as well sweetie, and most of the time brands don't have a shade light enough. Using the color match thing at Sephora they came up with only three in the whole store that were light enough, and one of them once tried on was actually still too dark, so definitely have it actually tested and don't go just off of that. As for primers, I don't need one with it (really it depends on your skin, I am normal), It was 90+ degrees here yesterday and my friends house that I was at has no AC, by the end of the day it still looked like I'd just applied it.

I love it!! It's a really good full coverage foundation and for me this is the one the has really lasted all day for me. I also just bought the concealer today so I'm excited about and hoping its just as good! I also wanted to try the powder but I thought since they're both full coverage it would just be too much so I went with a light weight powder. Hope you like it!

Gaby, her lightest concealer was WAY too dark for me :( At least the foundation worked though, I am really liking it.

And yes ask for a sample that's what I did I got the Kat Von d sample along with the Mufe samples and liked the Kat Von d one the most so I went ahead and bought it.

I was curious about this foundation too! I tried a little on my hand but felt like it was a little thick and didnt want to risk looking cakey. But now I might try it!

I've been using the Kat Von D powder foundation for the past few weeks but I put on my Lock-It liquid foundation today for a little extra coverage and I'm still in love with it. I don't find it too heavy or cakey at all =) I applied it at 7 this morning and it still looks awesome (at 12:30 pm)!
