I just dyed my hair black and I am really happy with the colour. Except I know that dark hair lightens as you wash it, any tips on how to keep it this dark?

Try to minimize the times you wash it during the week, also get a color safe shampoo and conditioner. Anything that is sulfate free will be good for your hair.

Black really won't lighten. I had it for a year and washed my hair everyday with warm/hot water.
