Use macadamia hair products, like hair masques and deep conditioners:) lay off the heat and massage your scalp daily. It really works!! Hair styles could be either like braids or look up some styles like heat free headband curls on youtube:) hope this helps.

This is GORGEOUS! But clip in extensions are amazing. I went in to get a bob and winded up with a Justin Bieber look. I bought clip ins and never looked back. Also check out Alexa Hand on Instagram. She's a former reality star and makeup artist and she wears clip in extensions but has natural hair about your length. She has styles for both hair lengths :-)
