Help! I've tried scrubs but its like my arms are constant pimples! I can't get it off and the doctor said it was called Exima but he didn't prescribe anything.

There is no such thing as exima... Its eczema... You have to get medication!! I still have mine over 6years now!! But mine arent little pimples?! So it might ba an alergic reaction?

Don't use a scented body wash!! Use doves original scent!! Scents irritate your skin!!

Don't use any Dove products! They're tested on animals. Instead you can find locally made soap at your farmer's market or somewhere and they are really gentle too. Some are even made specially for eczema:) good luck!

When I have it my doctor always prescribes the same medication, and it goes away within a week or so.
