Use lotion!! Cannot stress this enough. You can maybe get a doctor to prescribe fluticasone, mupirocin, and/or halobetasol, those are all excema creams.

^actually you don't have to give up dairy to be excema free... My dad, my brother and I all ha it until my dermatologist gave us those creams.They work like magic, my skin is perfectly clear now.

Use very bland cream-no fragrance, and use it often! also use sunblock, I like aveeno and I have eczema...my doc told me to follow this website... webmd.com

@Emma R. I understand, my mom's the same way, she's vegan because being dairy-free just makes her feel healthier, even though she doesn't have skin problems. & you're right, skin problems are linked to poor diet.

Eczema can be worsened by diet and also the weather. I strongly recommend visiting your dermatologist and getting treatment. But something that really help reduce my eczema was oatmeal. I would make a paste with oatmeal and warm water. Scrub it on areas, rinse it off, and moisturize.
