Is it ok to use bio oil when you still have some pimples?

Most of my acne has gone away (Yay!) but I have a bunch of scars on my forehead and cheeks from it. I still have some pimples on my forehead, can I start using bio oil or should I wait?

I think it should be okay, if your skin starts getting more pimples after wards just wait a bit longer till they clear up :)

I have tried a cheap version of bio oil called rescue oil on my face and I massaged some in after washing my face I didnt break out at all but it makes my face insanley greasy but it should be fine.
