What is a good eyeliner for the lower lash line/ water line? I feel like my wet n wild one does not stay on for a long time and it is underneath my eyes or smeared after a few hours. Any recommendations?

After a few minutes after I apply it too, it starts fading off. Doesn't takes hours, less than a hour when it starts coming off.

I use the rimmmel scadel khole liner in waterproof, and set it with ab eyeshadow, before I get a qtip and get less water off my waterline so it stays longer :)

Maybelline master drama in Midnight Master. It lasts all day on the waterline for me. It can be smudged but once smudged it'll set and stay in place. It's a cream twist-up pencil, it's about $8 at the drugstore. :)

The la girl gel liner is incredible, had it since last year and hasn't dried up and still have heaps left in the pot after using it every day. I think it's about 4 US dollars. I usually smoke it out with the sigma pencil brush or the Rimmel scandal eyes black liner
