Natural Makeup Routine?

I want to know what you guys do to achieve a perfect natural look.I usually just start off with some Revlon Colorstay foundation and set it with some powder, and then I'll just do my brows and put on some mascara,a bit of blush on and use just a lipbalm and and a lip stain.Do you do more and the what products do you else use? :) Let me know through the comments! You could also recommend any of you're fave makeup products/tools.

Instead of foundation I just use some concealer to cover imperfections, a thin coat of mascara, sometimes brows, a highlight for a glow, a cream blush and the same color tinted lipbalm as the blush most of the times. :)

Primer, BB Creme, under eye concealer, a bit of a matte eyeshadow, mascara, a bit of peachy blush, and a finishing powder.
