Despite the fact that I'll use a mattifying primer, foundation and powder, my skin will still be greasy several hours later! It's extremely frustrating. Help!

Nyx blotting papers and urban decay deslick setting spray. But honestly there's nothing I've found that really makes me matte for a long period of time.

Hey! :) Before applying any makeup on your face , you should try to prep your skin with hydrating skincare, it helps!. :) Your skin produces oil because it has no sufficient amount of water so it will have to produce oil to hydrate your skin. To help reduce that, why not try using hydrating masks and hydrating lotions? If you have 3 minutes to spare before putting on makeup, use cotton wool to create your own sheet masks. To do so, wet a piece of cotton wool with water and then put a few drops of toner and apply tear the cotton wool into sheets. :) Just put it on for 3 minutes, it will help keep your skin hydrated a little more and make up lasts longer too! :)
