I got told to wear aa hair mask all night. it did wonders for my hair also I used matrix hair mask!!

Saba. I can't really buy anything, that's why I'm asking for home remedies, but thank you. :)
Emma, it's a good idea but I just got my hair trimmed a couple days ago and it's the top layer of my hair that sees the sun that is damaged.

Honey, olive oil, the yolk of an egg or coconut oil all different combos of these I've read online. I'm going to try honey mixed with conditioner first :)

Something really simple is just using your regular everyday conditioner! I apply it to my hair dry and leave it in to dry (about 30-40 min) than wash it out reconditioning.
