Is freshman year the right one to start wearing makeup?

Yeah I think so (: I'm a freshman and I'm starting to wear makeup everyday too (: I don't do like full face makeup though , just concealer , eyebrows, mascara, bronzer , and lip products

Yes that's a good time to start, I know girls my age that don't even wear makeup yet though, unless it's for special occasion, so just start whenever you feel comfortable. Try and go for a bare minimum look though and try to ease yourself into different products instead of just jumping in right away

I started at a very young age. Around 6th grade. But I REALLY got into makeup in 8th grade. (Such as, buying high end products, learning new techniques, trying new looks)

(Btw, I'm a junior now) So yes, I think it's fine :) just keep practicing your skills! If you're not 100% confident about a makeup look, (you're afraid it's too much, or you're not sure if it looks right) I don't suggest wearing it to school.

Yeah, I started at a very young age too (6th grade :)) and I just got really into makeup about 7 months ago, but I promised myself I wouldn't wer makeup again untill my freshman year.
