My blemishes won't go away. I've been using Boots Anti-Blemish at night and St. Ives green tea and apricot scrub (I alternate). The blemishes are all over my face along with a few breakouts. I NEED HELP.

Make sure you WASH your face night and morning, once using a simple no perfume or colour cleanser to get all your makeup off then a second time with an anti-blemish face wash (your boots one should be fine) then use a toner/toning water to tighten your pores and get rid of any dirt and excess oil on your face then apply an oil balancing/blemish controlling moisturiser, the reason why you are getting blemishes could be staying there is lack of moisture and nutrients in your skin. Water and exercise won't go a miss either and eating a well balanced diet. Personally the brand that works best for me with blemishes and spots is neutrogena and also products with witch hazel :) just stay away from face wipes they leave so much makeup and dirt still on your face! Sorry about the length of this btw just hope I've helped:)

Try to stop on the scrubs for awhile because your skin might be sensitive and the more you scrub the higher the infection rate on your acne or pimple. That's what happened to me. Besides, use cleansing oil , cleansing water and lotion to cleanse before washing your face with foaming cleanser. Then dry to hydrate more by putting on masks and keep your face and body hydrated by drinking more water and avoid spicy and fried food. If you want spot treatment, try oxy5 or oxy10 or maybe seba med's ph5.5 acne treatment gel. :)

hope this helps!
