Is it safe to put liquid liner on the bottom lid? I've pretty much stopped after the liner slid all over my eyeball lol.

No!! Keep liquid liner on your top lid! If you use it on your waterline you risk infection in your eyes! Try pencil eyeliner!

I don't think it causes any harm but it really doesn't work on my eyes :( but if it works on urs then I don't think it harm your eyes.

Use a gel liner on buttom if you don't like pencil or like the liquid looking effect better gel will not mess up your eye but should give you a look like a liquid liner.

Yes you can but do it just below the lash line. Not on the water line it burns and its too slick thats why it goes on your eyeball happened to me too lol. Gel liner is best for the water line.

Try using a gel or cream eyeliner for the waterline if you want it to last longer. maybelline has a good cream formula that I always use on my waterline, and it lasts all night without irritating my eyes

Haha, I totally gave up on trying liquid liner on the bottom because of this. Pencil or gel works much better there. :)
