I'm a little confused, do you apply a mattifying powder at the end of your foundation/concealer application THEN do you set it with a setting spray?
I have both and I'm having trouble finding what works best..

Yes it's usually applied after all your makeup has been applied..you might be able to apply before then after.. I guess it's whatever works best for you. Sometimes a setting spary is used for creating a dewy effect so I don't know if you would want to use it after the powder if your going for a matte look.
