I think on picture day, it's most important to do a hairstyle that you know you like and you know it looks good on you. The last thing you want is to go out of your comfort zone for your pictures. I think loose waves would be pretty! Like the ones in your profile! :)

2. have it frame your face

I find when I pin my bangs back or have my hair up it doesn't frame my face well. While it looks nice in person where everyone can see you it's not too flattering when you can only catch one angle
