How do you get your hair to grow longer?
I have African texture hair (But its straight and grows downward. But is thick and frizzy at times) so normal shampoo and conditioner doesn't work for me.
How to fix the ends of your hair? The top of my hair is fine but my ends are frizzy and dry how can I fix it without cutting it off. It is not critical though its sort of mild

Avoid washing your hair often..condition it daily...and use deep conditioning treatment once a week... excessive shampooing will wash off the natural oils from your scalp... reduce the use of styling tools... and yeah avoid shampoos and conditioners which contains silicones... and don't brush when you're hair is wet... it will lead to.breakage and splitends..

Drink plenty of water daily and eat more proteins, fruit and veg (dark green veggies are the best). Massage your hair every day, wet or dry for about 10 mins and flip your head upside down for 20 seconds so that you can promote circulation in your scalp. Once or twice a week, massage your scalp with almond oil and leave it in for 15-30 minutes before washing it out. A healthy treatment does a lot to make your hair healthy, I use an argan oil from pro naturals and it works great.
