Luminizer illuminates your face!! (see what I did there?) when put in the right spots it makes your face look brighter.

haha I don't think there's much else that can be said about luminizers/highlighters so I'm just going to attach a helpful diagram showing where to apply it at. The light part is where you add your luminizer and the dark part is where you contour (create depth).

It hilights your face and makes certain areas stand out more, for instance your cheekbones.
