I was experiencing the same thing a few months ago. Lost a ton of weight due to extreme stress. It took me to gain the weight and then some back to reverse that sunken look. To diffuse it visually I made sure to use a corrector and concealer and I avoided highlighting my cheekbones as it emphasized it even more. And I made my lips the focus instead...bright, matte lippies. As far as products go I used a collagen rich eye cream and experimented with something my husband was working on at the time. It was so bad I was tempted to get injections but I hate needles with a passion.
