Urban Decay eyeshadow, their naked skin foundation and eyeliner are my top favorites. I also recently bought my first maybelline color tattoo cream eyeshadow and I'm very impressed. They feel very high end and have great staying power. You get a lot of product for about $5 or $6. Nyx jumbo eyeshadow pencil in the color "milk" is also a good base for eyeshadow and they are cheap as well.
