It could be an acne scar from a long time ago, or a skin tag. How long have you had it?

I have a bump like that, above my eyebrow, it is from a chicken pox scar! I got it when I was little and it never went away. Have you ever had chicken pox?

Yeah I have one kinda near my nose, and it's an acne scar, if you really don't like it, go to a dermatologist and he could probably take it off.:)
