You should exfoliate them. You can use a mix of olive oil and brown sugar. Or honey and brown sugar. I prefer olive oil because it moisturizes nicely. And just add a light peachy pink lipstick or even lip gloss, it would look so pretty on you.

I agree with lama..a peachy gloss would be perfect, but for the night I would choose a mat violet lipstick! :)
