Does applying a top coat help with growing nails and making them stronger? This is what I used.

A top coat covers the nail polish from what I know it won't help your nails with anything.

It helps your nails not chip or break. You can use it alone. Sally Hansen makes top coats that make nails stronger.

A strengthening base coat will help your nails grow, I love opi's nail envy!
